First Aid

When out and about in the great outdoors most climbers and runners consider a small first aid kit to be incredibly useful. These offer wound and blister management and some kits are waterproof; an important feature as wet plasters aren't the most effective!  First aid kits can be personalised to include items that are commonly found useful, for example nail clippers for keeping those nails short and cutting off those annoying flappers.
