The VerticalBoard First is the perfect fingerboard for intermediate to advanced climbers who want to get stronger with a multitude of different depths and surfaces present to gradually train up to your objectives (45mm > 20mm). 

Having some trouble doing pull-ups or locking off that one armer? No problem! This hangboard allows you to attach an elastic band over the top of the central hold to make the exercises easier (sold separately). But, with a range of hold types from jugs and slopers, right down to small 20mm edges, the First has you covered for every type of fingerboard training session.

*Too easy? It is possible to upgrade your hangboard by increasing the difficulty by adding 10mm depth inserts (sold separately).
