In the event that your purchase is not suitable, please return it to us unused with the original product packaging and labels within 30 days, for a refund, replacement or an exchange.

We recommend that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that go missing on their way back to us. Postage costs will not be refunded.
All returns will be dealt with ASAP and we endeavor to deal with refunds and exchanges within 2 working days of having received the return.
Unless there is a fault we do not accept the return of Books, CDs or DVDs to prevent copying of information. All products must come with their original packaging. Ropes must not be uncoiled and all items must be in a good condition ready to resell.
Returning items for a refund

We will refund the cost of the returned items to the card that was used to place the order.
Returning items for an exchange
Please return the unused items with their original product packaging and labels within 30 days along with our Printable Returns Form.
Please fill in the form ticking the replacement box and clearly stating which product and size you would like to exchange for.
Second and subsequent exchanges will require additional payments to cover postage costs. Additional exchange postage can be purchased here.
If the requested item is a different price we will either refund the difference or be in contact to obtain card details so the difference can be paid. Please include a contact telephone number or email address on the returns form if this is the case.
If you have received a faulty item please fill out our Printable Returns Form and please describe the problem.
For Health and Safety reasons all items returned must be clean and free of mud. Any item that is not clean will be returned to you.
We endeavor to deal with all returns ASAP. In some instances we may send the item to the manufacturer for a final decision. If the item is deemed to be faulty we will either: replace the item if possible; repair the item or refund the price paid for the item. If the fault is within 30 days of purchase, we will refund if requested.

If you are outside the UK please contact us before returning any items.
Cancelling your Order
In accordance with the European Directive on distance selling you do have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. You will have to pay for the return shipping. We believe that this directive is fully covered in our 30 day guarantee.
Receipts & Bills
You will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order when it is submitted stating the total cost including shipping charges. You will also receive a receipt of purchase with the goods when they are delivered. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible.
