Collect from Rock + Run

For customers who wish to collect their order from our outlet near Milnthorpe, Cumbria (our location) select the 'Collect from Rock + Run' Shipping option in the checkout.

You will need to bring us a copy of your confirmation email or order invoice for reference.

Orders for collection placed in the morning will be ready that afternoon, otherwise the order will be ready the following day. For immediate collection please give us a call on 015395 64540.  

Collection times are 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. If the order has not been collected within 10 working days we will refund your order and put the items back into stock.

Orders to non-EU countries do not have to pay UK sales tax (currently 20%). The order total will be recalculated when you have entered your address details in the checkout.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

UK Shipping - Express Service:

• For security reasons ALL parcels need to be signed for on delivery. PLEASE use an alternative or work address for delivery if you are not at home during normal work hours, and also give us a telephone number you can be contacted on between 9am and 5pm.
• We ship most goods over 1.5kg and/or over £80 with Initial City Link and most items under these specifications with Royal Mail 1st Class. Initial City Link deliveries will arrive on the next working day, where as Royal Mail shipments will arrive between 1-3 working days (although usually next day). We do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.
• Occasionally some large, heavy or unusually shaped parcels may be liable for higher carriage fees – mainly to the highlands and islands of the UK. If this is the case with your order we will contact you before sending the order.
• We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 12 noon on the same day, subject to stock availability - we are not open on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
• In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your order within 36 hours we will contact you via e-mail with an expected delivery date.
• If we have to redirect your parcel to a different address once it has been despatched you will be charged a £15 redirection fee.
• City Link will make 1 attempt to deliver the parcel. If they cannot deliver a parcel because there is no one available to sign for it, they will leave a card and return the goods to their local depot where they will be available for collection for up to 1 week, alternatively a re-delivery can be arranged for £6 by calling us. If the goods are not collected/re-delivered by this point the parcel will be automatically returned to us and you will be refunded the cost of your original order less £18.95, which is the full cost of the original delivery plus the cost of returning the parcel to us.
• If you require a failed delivery to be sent out from us for a second time another shipping charge of £3.95 will be made.
• Royal Mail deliveries will arrive with your normal post and would be held at your local Post Office for collection if undeliverable; your postman will leave a card if this is the case.
• Working days are defined as Monday-Friday.

UK Shipping - Next Day By 12.00 noon Service:

We use Initial City Link for this service.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 12.00 noon (Mon-Thur) on the same day, subject to stock availability. NOTE: This means the "Next Day By 12.00 noon Service" is only valid if you place your order by 12.00 noon (Mon-Thur) the day before you wish to receive the goods.

Please note that the next day before 12.00 service is not possible for customers living in the Highland and Grampian regions of Scotland. If this service is not available then we will contact you ASAP.

In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your order within 24 hours we will contact you via e-mail or phone with an expected delivery date.
