Superb for climbing

I regularly use the High 5 Energy Source during arduous climbing sessions, and I not only find it helps you perform for longer, but also helps you recover faster. To be honest I often use this after training (for recovery) as well, rather than purchasing the Protein Recovery shake, as whilst it isn't quite as effective for recovery it is still far better than just water (or nothing) and it saves you some cash!

A useful point that isn't known by everyone; is that the High 5 Energy Source is now also packed with the same amount of electrolytes as in the Isotonic version, meaning you don't really need to buy both versions.

This stuff works really well for me. Keeps me going over extended periods without a sugar crash. I use it for running and long days hill walking. Nice hot too.
