The Lapis Rollybar is a resin (climbing hold material) bar which is suspended from a beam, girder etc. and used as pull up apparatus. The big difference between this and a standard pull up bar is that this bar spins!

The very fact that the bar spins on a central axel means than holding on is much harder, and far more reliant on core tension and strength, rather than grip and positioning. The bar does have a ridge running down it length, which does help in getting used to using the apparatus, however once mastered pros will utilize the smooth rolling pin grip on the other side of the bar…
