No smell

Got two of these for carting smoothies to work but also use them as general water bottles when I'm out. The wide mouth means a quick dishwasher clean and is easy to drink from. Strong and leak free they, most importantly, don't make everything taste of plastic. My wife uses the second one and my life has become a lot quieter as a result. Praise be to Nalgene!

It sounds a bit crazy to do a review of a waterbottle, but the fact is that Nalgene sometimes miss the mark when it comes to a waterbottle that will last. Part of this comes down to the fact that I use and abuse my waterbottles, frequently dropping them or filling them with boiling water and then leaving them in the snow to cool - some Nalgene styles suffer with this treatment, and eventually crack around the rim. Not this style, though! My trusty Nalgene of this style is still going strong despite my mistreatment of it.
