The new Astro biners weigh in at only 29 grams making this 20cm quickdraw a minuscule 68g.

The Astro is smaller than the Nitro and Helium Carabiners, yet still is a very functional size and sits well in the hand. It is an I Beam design so excess weight is reduced where possible, whilst retaining the strength required. In fact the Astro is the lightest of the Wild County Crabs so far, and only weighs 29g. The gate action is solid and reassuring, and it has a really good size gate opening for a smaller sized biner. It also has a hooded nose to aid clipping.

The Astro comes in three lengths of Quickdraw linked with 10mm dyneema and Wild Country's Tadpole 'o' ring to hold the biners in place.
