A great film showing the essential techniques and skills necessary to operate safely in Britain's winter mountains - it follows a group of three winter mountaineers and two winter climbers on a day out in the Scottish mountains. As well as the film itself there are also 11 separate chapters that focus on specific skills including navigation crampon techniques self arrest clothing and equipment plus much more.
